But reading the above wala naman naka indicate na first 150 lang ang tatanggapin sa courtesy lane. Appreciate your advise on this kung tama ba ito. Kasi it defeat the purpose of the courtesy lane kung may ganitong cut off.

  • Im a government employee. I went to DFA ASEANA to accompany my 23-year old unmarried daughter to avail of courtesy lane facility. Your website says “unmarried children” and did not specify an age limit. Why did the guard say that only dependents under 18 years old can avail of that?

  • Good day. Meron po pala cut off time until 12 noon ang goverment employee sa DFA Aseana. Hindi naman po kami aware na meron cut off time lalo wala naman nakalagay sa website nyo. Imagine nag absent kami for passport tpos hndi na kami pinapasok dhil cut off na. Kung meron pala kayong cut off mag lagay din po kayo ng goverment empployee lane sa ibang satelite niyo para po hindi Aseana napunta lalo sa mga malalayo lugar napaka inconvinient po kase

  • My mother is a teacher she will accompany my 13 year old son to process a passport and also she will too. Should my son still need a appointment?

  • My father is an OFW and I would like to inquire on the process of payment for his renewal of passport. I have read in the DFA website that any OFW who wishes to renew their passport must first pay in advance through DFA Epayment Portal as of August 2018 as ordered by Pres. Duterte and the process in Epayment include making an appointment. But we hope to use the courtesy lane as OFW, how exactly is the process of payment in courtesy lane? Do we still need to make an appointment or there is another process for payments made through the courtesy lane?

  • Hello and good day to you! I just want to inquire about the mode of payment for those Filipino citizen who are entitled for courtesy lane facility for renewal of passport.

If you could please guide me if those person who are entitled to avail courtesy lane still need to go through the e-payment system or it can be settled over counter in DFA office or satellite centers.

  • Im a government employee, have not experienced the courtesy lane at DFA Calasiao, yet they collected and I paid 1200, expediting fee. Im expecting lesser hour in applying, yet they let me apply in the usual manner.

  • I would like to know if Solo Parents with active Solo Parent ID may avail of the Courtesy Lane even if unaccompanied by the child, since I have already renewed my child’s passport last April.

In the DFA website the wording is as follows:
    c. Solo parent with valid solo parent card, and his/her minor children

    It makes equivocal:
Solo parent, and also the child
    Solo parent WITH the child

Hope you can help. I don’t want to miss a workday only to be turned away.
